Admission Policy



At Bethlehem Lutheran School, we are committed to providing a nurturing and enriching educational environment for our students. Our admission process is designed to ensure that each child and family feels welcomed, supported, and fully prepared for their journey with us


1. School Visit: The first step in our admission process is to schedule a school visit. Please contact our office to arrange a convenient time for you and your child to visit our campus.

2. Availability Notification: Following your visit, our Assistant Director will inform you about availability and discuss scheduling options for your child.

3. Online Application: Once availability is confirmed, you will receive an online application via email. We kindly ask that you complete the application promptly to secure your child's spot.

4. Registration Fee: Along with the online application, a registration fee is required to hold your child's place at Bethlehem Lutheran School.

5. Licensing Forms: Upon completion of the online application and registration fee submission, you will receive hardcopy licensing forms. These forms include a physician's report and the required immunization record. It is imperative that all necessary documents are completed and submitted promptly.

6. Welcome Letter and New Student Welcome Packet: Once all documents are in place, you will receive a welcome letter along with our New Student Welcome Packet. This packet outlines all the supplies, schedules, and class-specific details needed to ensure a smooth transition into our school community.

7. Play Date Opportunities: Prior to your scheduled start date, we are delighted to offer 2-3 play date opportunities for both you and your child. These sessions, lasting approximately 30 minutes each, allow you to acclimate to our environment, meet our staff, ask questions, and become familiar with our community.

8. Meet and Greet: For those starting in August at the beginning of the new school year, we extend a special invitation to our Meet and Greet event in August. This gathering provides an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow families, meet teachers, and start building relationships within our community.
