School Leadership
Mary Kandilian, our esteemed Director since 2015, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to Bethlehem School.
With a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, an Elementary Teaching Credential, and a Master's Degree in Education (M.Ed.)
with a focus on Educational Administration, Mary is a seasoned leader in the field.
Before joining Bethlehem, Mary served as the Associate Director of the School of Education and an Adjunct Professor at Pacific Oaks College.
Her career began as a Preschool Teacher, later transitioning to an Elementary School Teacher within the Glendale Unified School District.
Mary's passion for education and her commitment to excellence have shaped her leadership at Bethlehem School, fostering an environment where students thrive.
Under her guidance, our school continues to excel as a hub of educational innovation and community engagement within the San Fernando Valley.
